The Phase One Book Capture / Scanning Solution with manual glass platten raising and lowering includes an RPS-2300XL AutoColumn copy stand capable of meeting the ever-increasing demand for fast, efficient large format digitisation. For large, flat and thin objects such as maps, newspapers and drawings, the included metal cover board can be mounted onto the base, allowing for careful and secure positioning with magnets.

The copy stand utilises a 1300mm x 950mm baseboard, it supports objects up to A0+. Combined with the Phase One iXH 150MP and the UltraRes 72mm Mk II Lens, this means 300ppi can be easily and conveniently achieved while meeting the strictest FADGI, Metamorfoze and ISO 19264 digitization guidelines.

AutoColumn
The Phase One motorised Autocolumn copy stand interfaces via USB to the computer and Capture One software to automatically position the iXH camera to achieve the desired PPI (pixels per inch). This simplifies the setup process for capturing images consistanctly at the desired PPI.
