This Kupo Head Mounting Plate with Baby Stud is an aluminum disc with a 5/8" stud on 1 side and a standard 3/8"-16 mounting screw on the other. This round flat plate allows you mount or ideal for attaching your tripod head or any other accessory tapped with a female 3/8"-16 thread to a Kupo Convi Clamp or any piece of grip equipment that has a 5/8" receiver.
