Barcode scanner tool
The integrated Barcode scanner tool in Capture One Enterprise will help you ensure that the assets are named and identified correctly as they are captured.
Advanced Guides
The Guides tool will allow you to position and display Guides over the image in the Viewer as an aid to getting the composition right and it is particularly useful when shooting tethered or cropping the image.
Next Capture Backup
The Next Capture Backup enables Capture One Enterprise to automatically make a backup of all the captured images during a tethered session to another drive.
Next Capture Keywords
The Next Capture Keywords tool allows you to enter the keywords that should be associated with the next captured image(s), ensuring that product shots will be categorised correctly from the start.
Next Capture Metadata
The Next Capture Metadata tool allows you to enter the relevant metadata that should be associated with the next captured image(s), ensuring that product shots will be categorised correctly from the start.
Tools Lock
Capture One Enterprise has the ability to lock specific tools so that they cannot be altered by accident during a busy shoot by for example changing the camera settings or file naming. It is also possible to assign a pin code to the locking system.
Capture Pilot with Enterprise
If you are using the Capture Pilot app on an iOS device in combination with running Capture One Enterprise, you have the option to display an added Overlay, the Grid or the added Guides on top of the image viewed on the iOS app screen.

About Capture One Enterprise Licenses
Capture One Enterprise is offered as a pre-paid annual subscription or as a one-time payment perpertual license. A perpetual license is everlasting (for life) for the version that you purchase. A subscription plan you have to make regular payments to keep the license active - but you always have access to the latest version.
Perpetual Licenses:
Once you make a full one-time payment for the Capture One software version (for instance, Capture One Pro 22), you obtain a lifetime license. It means that you are not limited in time to use Capture One 22 or any previous versions of the software (Capture One 21, Capture One 12, and older) that you can activate with your license key.
Subscription:
With a subscription license, you have to make payments monthly or annually based on your subscription plan. As long as you make regular payments, a subscription license works with the latest upgrade or update. You can also activate the previous versions of the software with your subscription license.
