The LINOS® Apo-Rodagon-D are high performance lenses designed for large imaging sensors. Featuring high resolution, the Apo-Rodagon-D lenses offer an optimum solution for machine vision cameras with a pixel size down to 7 μm. The lenses are optimised for a magnification range from 1:2 to 2:1 and an optimum working aperture between f/5.6 and f/8.
It is optimised for 1:1 magnifications which makes it a good solution for the digitisation of 35mm film. It's not suitable for a broad range of applications, but around the aforementioned 1:1 range it performs well.
