In collaboration with Sony this CMOS sensor has a unique design to ensure all three channels of coloured light are recorded as faithfully as possible. The goal of Phase One in developing this solution is to produce colour in the same way as the human eye. The level of attention to detail at Phase One is truly remarkable and this innovation proves again they lead the way in image quality.
To top it off the back also features a base ISO of just 35, for the lowest possible noise profile in medium format.
